Download trades filled when MC is offline from IB server?

From IB server, can MC download trades that were filled when MC is offline?

If not, can we manually add trades filled when MC is offline to MC trade log?

Downloading offline trades is a common feature supported by many FE trading software. Is there a way I can request this feature?
