Hello turbofib,

Please check the session settings in Format → Instrument → Settings tab
If Default is selected, the settings are taken from QuoteManager → right click your symbol → Edit Symbol → Sessions.
If the session is set like 00:00 - 23:59 that behavior can be expected.
For more info about sessions please see this page.

turbofib,

Please check if you have the same timezone selected in the TS app and in MultiCharts (you can check it in Format → Instruments → Settings tab).
Also please also go to Quote manager → Tools → Data sources → TS → Settings. Is the option ‘Save data to local database’ enabled?
Please try reloading the chart via View → Reload and check if the issue is still reproduced.

turbofib,

Thank you for the screenshot.
Please try reloading the chart in MultiCharts via View → Reload and then compare the same chart for the same day with the chart in TS. Is the data still missing?
