Is there a way to export Hot Key setting to another PC,
by copying a set of files or something ?

Hello Meecc,
Please go to Start->Run. Paste the following line:
for MC 64 bit:
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\TS Support\MultiCharts64\HotKeys
for MC 32 bit:
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\TS Support\MultiCharts\HotKeys
You need to copy the files from the appeared folder to the respective location on your second PC (while all MultiCharts processes are not running).

In order to transfer the hot keys settings to another PC you need to create a Backup file and check the ‘Application Settings’ box.
