MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

I downloaded the free trial version of MCFX a couple of days ago.Within a minute after setting up any particular chart the price indicator suddenly stops indicating changes in price.It stays like this until I change to a diiferent time frame.However ,after a while the same problem surfaces.I cannot do any testing of trades and it is becoming very frustrating.I am using another charting package without any problems.Can anyone help please?

Does this happen repeatedly and every day, so this is not a server issue?
