Is there a way to for an arrow to center on the cross hair?

Regarding the following PM request which I submitted

in MC 8.0 release, part of the request was done for sure. That being that the cross hair stays on when we grab an existing arrow on the chart and move it to a new location. This change is an improvement for sure. However I had also suggested that the control key (if pressed) be used to tell MC to force the arrow to center on the cross hair so it can be more quickly played over/under a new price bar. The control key does not do this. It is possible this feature was put in but using a different key or possibly that I need to turn this on somewhere?
