Can I ｓｅｔ ｔｈｅ ｔｉｍｅ ｓｔａｍｐ ｏｆ ｔｈｅ ｂａｒｓ ｉｎ １ ｍｉｎｕｔｅ ｃｈａｒｔ ｔｏ ｓｔａｒｔ ｔｉｍｅ ｏｆ ｅａｃｈ ｍｉｎｕｔｅ？

There is no way to show bar time stamp as opening time.
In MultiCharts bar time stamp is always bar close time.
