Dear mojotrader,
While painting the bars the indicators works as following: actually not the price data bars are plotted but a study is placed over the data series, i.e. think it like a second layer. And these 2 layers are independent in case of width.
So do as following:
1. Apply your study.
2. Select General tab.
3. In the Style section using the Weight drop-down list set appropriate weight (for each Plot used) - according to your screenshot it will be the 2nd width in the list.
4. Click OK.
