MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

i having problems today with getting past data from IB
as i understand backfilling is done automatically by MC
is the service from IB available this morning ? can t find anything about it on ib site
since i have no backfill in mc what else can it be?

I am having massive backfill problems with IB, too. I guess it's an IB problem, because the data stops at around 8:14 am for the historical data.
The ability to receive realtime data doesn't seem to be affected, but you can't backfill today's data so far.

I had the same problem this morning in the early hours trading the EUR-Future 6E. I wasnt able to chart any volume or tick chart, only minute charts were working.

The problem seems to be in my case the connection to the Asian Server in the first hours. After 8 AM European Time and the automatic switch from IB to the swiss server the problem didnt occur any more.

I can't get IB backfill tick data for the Russel Future ER2 for the monday. Has somebody the same problem?

Yes, I have not been able to backfill any Globex futures with Monday's data.
It seems that this is lost .
