What happens, if exit MultiCharts?

Hello,

if I exit MultiCharts, the tsServer.exe, MultiCharts.exe, MCActiveX.exe and StudyServer.exe - did I forgett an .exe? - are still running in the taskmanager for a few minutes...

I wonder because I watched the TSSTORAGE.GDB file and it looks like nothing is written to it during my download session. My tempfile size was over 1,5 GB in the taskmanager.
So, what would happen by a crash of Multicharts, with the downloaded data?

What happens, if exit MultiCharts?

Templ,
If when you exit MultiCharts MultiCharts.exe, MCActiveX.exe, MessageCenter.exe, QuoteManager.exe, StudyServer.exe, tsServer.exe don't complete in a minute, it means that some processes have frozen. The situation you described is really unusual. Could you contact us via our live support when this happens again as we need to take a look at the generated logs in real-time?

As concerns TSSTORAGE, in case of any crash nothing happens to the downloaded data.
