MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Due to the release of the new API by OpenECry the dll for this data provider must be updated.

For those who use api.openecry.com server: please update the dll as soon as possible.

For those who use sim.openecry.com: please update the dll on November, 16th. Early update will render OpenECry data feed unfunctional.

Instructions:
1. Download and save the file.
2. Unzip the file.
3. Run the regoecdatafeed.bat This file will place the files into their respective directories.

I keep getting errors and crashes since I installed this patch.

specifically, I get a runtime error a few minutes after I load MC up. After the error, MC will not allow me to close the application, and changes to chart data do not permit you to select a different symbol. Also, data source field becomes blank?

Open E Cry has now launched their new API 3.1.2 into the production enviroment. If you are using prod.openecry.com please download the dll attached to the first post in this thread as soon as possible.

We have found out that the dll required some fixes. A new dll is almost ready and it will be posted instead of the older one shortly.

Dear OEC subscribers,

Attached please find the latest dlls for the new OEC version.

All you need to do is download the file, unzip it, and run regoecdatafeed.bat file. It will automatically write the dlls into their required directory.
