MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Using SPY 5min bars. Periodically getting bad data (mainly lows, or bad tick which appears as a low) on my daily 5 min
chart. Many of the bad data points show as equal or close to equal with each other. Charts attached are for 11/7/19. Chart with ellipse shows the bad data. Second chart shows results after a reload of data one day back. I know this problem has some history behind it from prior posts a few years back.

I have done the selection in quote manager of "Generate a new tick with zero volume--ETC". I am not sure of what else to try. Help Please

Hello wacketywidge,

You need to disable the option "Include "Unreportable Last" trades" in your IB data feed settings. Then restart all MultiCharts processes.

OK I did that this morning and everything seems OK so far (2PM). Will pat attention to it next few days to confirm. Henry, thanks for your help. i appreciate it.

OK---I have used it for several days and this seems to have fixed the problem except for one instance.
