MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Hello MC

I created one signal to work with short strategy and other for Long but when I turn on both the result is a merge of results of signal
I supposed signal open in short will close with short (sellshort, buytocover) and signal open with long will close with long (buy and sell) but the result is a merge of 2 signal . I think this is wrong. show the examples

how do I even with the two signals active I have the responses of the separate signals ?

Hello strelow,

Signals added to the same chart work as single strategy.
Signals applied to different charts work as separate strategies even if the instrument on charts is the same. More info about such a setup here.
