MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Sometimes while trying to export to a network folder location from QuotesManager, I get a permissions error. But, when I test that connection with a quick file copy test, I don't have any permissions errors at the OS level (Windows 10, in this case)

At other times the export works just fine, no errors.

Is there a setting in the app I should check? If not, what info should I collect when it happens to troubleshoot this?

@multicharts team: this is a really irritating problem. no other applications on my PC have this issue with the file shares, they can open and save directly to and from the server. I can manually copy files to these locations at the same time that quotemanager is complaining about a permissions error.

What troubleshooting should I do to isolate the problem?
