MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Hi there,

I am setting up charts for CGB bond futures trading. My data source is IB for both realtime data and historical data, using Multicharts V15. The chart shown in MC is very strange as shown in attached captures. The chart in IB/TWS is correctly shown.

I tried to reload the data, the old incorrect data would be replaced with correct data, however, new data collected is incorrect, so strange! Any idea of what's wrong ?

Hello benho,

Please try unchecking the ‘Include Unreportable Last Trades’ and ‘Generate a new Tick with Zero Volume…’ options in QuoteManager → Tools → Data sources → IB → Settings. Then please restart MultiCharts to apply the changes.
