Specifically, I would like to know if the following settings are supported:

Pull and stacks
Cumulative volume delta
Time and sales

and where I can found them.

No, there are no such options in the DOM window.
But you could post your suggestion or vote for the existing requests at our Project Management.
If it is popular among our users, our developers will review the possibility of adding it.
