MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Can someone please explain why I keep getting an error when I try to place a Bracket order. I keep getting an error message that says Error invalid trade route. My entry is filled but both the profit and stop orders are not placed and I have to rush to get them in manually.

I am using Rithmic data feed trading the RTY and my MC version is: MultiCharts64 Version 15.0 Release (Build 26125)

Usually this error appears if the Trade Route is not specified, please see How to Select a Broker Account For Trading.

Hi Kate. I have the Broker profiles on the screen and it seems that there is no way I can select the trade route because there are none that I can choose . I have a pic so you can see what I am looking at.

Do I understand correctly that nothing is loaded after your click the Lookup button next to the Trade Route?
