Error importing TS SDK DLL

Good morning, I am trying to create the DLL, based on the example that appears in the TS SDK documentation, for this I created a dynamic library project in Visual Studio C++, but as you can see in the attached image, it gives me an error in the #import of tskit.dll, it tells me "Error (active) E1696 cannot open the source file (error code "E:/DOCUMENTS/EASYLANGUAGE PROJECTS/Tools/SDK/MyFeaturesFunctions/MyFeaturesFunctions/Debug/tskit.tlh ")." I understand that it tells me that it does not find the tskit.tlh file, but in the pdf of the manual it indicates that this file is created in the compilation, but the same error prevents it from being compiled, I have not been able to solve the error, if someone can help me guide with this I would appreciate.
