MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Good morning,

I used the Multicharts backup function and saved the output file in another location. However, I'm not clear if this just backs up my settings or if all of the custom signals are also stored? Would we need to export them one-by-one using the Power Language editor?

Hello Shawn,

If you checked the Studies (Functions, Signals and Indicators) box when creating a backup file, it will include the copy of the studies, not just the settings. Please note that Read-Only studies are not backed up.
