MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

I Needed more historical data so sub'd to Rithmic..

Since doing so i cant seem to get any historical data to download.. I put in the dates i wanted in qm/instrument/download historical data... Yet when i bring up the chart it just keeps saying "no data"..

When the market is open i can bring up a chart and It just starts from the current bar and that is it.. So i get live data but No historical data in there.

What could i have missed?

In quote manager/pref i have online clicked..

Anyone have a suggestion?

Try deleting the existing data for the instrument and re-download it
QuoteManager > Instrument > Download Historical Data
Review the QuoteManager logs for any errors
QuoteManager > Tools > Data Sources> Rithmic Settings
Check your details and refresh them and ask your broker, Ensure that your Rithmic subscription includes historical data. Some subscriptions might only provide real-time data.
