Exchange Time Zone Daylight Saving Setting from no Daylight Saving PC?

Hi anyone knows how to set the Exchange Time Zone Daylight Saving Settings,

that is from a computer NOT using Daylight Saving locally?

My local time is in Asia, so my PC does not follow Daylight Saving. (and I can't switch to ET bc it is also trading in Asia)

Thus, if I just simply select eastern time zone in the dropdown, I think it won't switch to Daylight Saving?

I guess I should I use "Custom time zone"?

If any screenshot of the setting can be provided, will be extremely appreciated. (such as using CME EDT as an example)

Format Instrument > Time zone > Exchange
MC will use Exchange time, Since Exchange automatically update daylight timings so do your chart.
