Anyone running in a VM on non Intel hardware?

I’m considering a switch from Windows on Intel. The only legacy application Im unsure about is MC. Im looking at Windows on Snapdragon (ARM) and parallels on MAC (M series).

I only use MC for messing with ideas/research nowadays so performance won’t be an issue, just wondered if anyone has experience.

As an aside as MS make a push to Windows on ARM do TSSupport have any plans to support MC on that?

Hello. Yes I'm running if under Parrallels installed on a MacStudio. Seems to run fine except I'm a perfecter beginner and now running into the issue of using Indicators data in my Signal. LOL

Good to know. Thanks.

Bought an AMD laptop rather than ARM seemed like the safest option. Probably get an M4 mini when/if they release.

Still interested if anyone is using the just released Surface or snapdragon ARM laptops?

Greetings. Am asking the same question; am considering the Microsoft Surface Laptop Copilot+ PC which has the Snapdragon chip.

I am running a SnapDragon Plus on a Surface pro11. MC14. Have not tried MC15 and will not be anytime soon.

The performance is not nearly as what the benchmarks suggest because of the emulation mode. Everything seems to run OK though. Only issue I had is on a system restore it failed with a QUALCOMM driver. However since then there has been a firmware, driver and OS updates. I had most likely an unrelated problem getaccountID, but after a rebuild, everything is working fine.

I did have a problem this AM, where it stopped trading, but probably unrelated. Still tracking it down.

Hope that helps.
