MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Hi -- How does this work anyway? I've pressed "playback" and nothing happens. The functionality of the record button eludes me as well. Thanks!

It´s a mystery to me as well, just like VERY many functions introduced since 5.0. The documentation/help of MC is totally outdated and most of the new functions are really a mystery.

I could go on with what the "Recalculate on Broker Event" settings do and how they affect auto-trading for example.

The manual really needs an update!

first, press the "Jump" key,

position the cursor and click at where you would like to start your playback.

then click the start playback icon.
