Exchange & ECN list doesn't include ARCX

When adding an ETF to QuoteManager using TS as the data source, the Exchange returned by TS is typically "ARCX". On first attempting to add such a symbol, most users will encounter an error because MultiCharts extensive Exchange & ECN list does not include an entry for "ARCX". This requires the user to manually add and configure an entry for "ARCX", which takes a little time and has the potential for making mistakes in the settings.
Considering the pre-built Exchange & ECN list already has over 300 entries, please add a pre-built entry for "ARCX" with the correct settings.
