Is there a way to save custom template or edit default one?

I am looking at the NYMEX Energy Open Outcry hour, the opening is incorrect. It has 10 AM on it, but NYMEX open is 9 AM.

You can do both. Please go to Quote Manager --> Tools --> Exchanges --> Edit or Quote Manager --> right click on the symbol --> Edit Symbol --> Sessions.
