In Preferences: I have "open all workspaces from previous session" checked.
I like my workspace tabs in a particular order every time.
however:
The workspaces are opened in reverse order every other time I open MC7.

ie:
1st time I open MC7 - VolumeTotals, CL, GC, 6E
2nd time I open MC7 - 6E, GC, CL, VolumeTotals
3rd time I open MC7 - VolumeTotals, CL, GC, 6E
and so forth.

I also noticed the little toolbar next to the tabs (see attached) doesn't seem to do anything either.

We have added the workspaces not opening in proper order issue to our bug fix list. Thanks for reporting. If you want drag-and-drop, vote on it!
