(Only)On Mini Dow (YM #F) I can`t create a 3 Tick Range Bar

Dear TS,
For some reason It is impossible to create a 3 Tick (point) Range Bar Chart
on the Mini Dow. Because of my scaling I use a 150 Point Range to create
3 Tick Range Bar. I reloaded the chart dozen times, changed the scaling of the chart but there is no way to get 3 Tick
Ranges into the Bars. The chart stays with showing a 4 Point (Tick) Range. Any other Instrument works with the 3 Tick Range but only the Mini Dow doesn`t work. How can I fix that.
