MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

I am trying to write program in Power Language that allows me to perform calculation based on one chart and plot the result onto another chart in the same workspace. Can anyone tell me how to go about doing it? Where can I find the lastest reference guide to Power Language for MC? I know there is one for TS here but if I am not wrong, the two are not EXACTLY the same?
