We understand the value of those data presentation methods, but they're not high on the priority list now; if you need them in MultiCharts, I think there's EasyLanguage code originally developed for TS that will provide the same functionality.
You can search for it in Google or maybe visit the TS forums.

Can anybody post where to find EasyLanguage code implementing P&F, Renko, Kagi, and other charts?

I tried to find them, but to fail.
