MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Hi,

I've had some big trouble to get historical quotes from IB recently.

You can see in the screenshot attached that the Historical Data farm is inactive with IB gateway, but I don't have any feed with IB TWS as well.

Sometimes I get the feed when I re-start my computer...

This is not a quote limitation problem as there is no overflow alert in the quote manager and I've tried to download 200 daily bars on 1 chart only, same issue...

Is this a well-know issue ?
Can someone help me ?

As you can see from my past posts, I'm having several technical issues with MC. MC is an expensive software and I wish I could have focused my energy on trading not technical issues lately. So at least helpful answers from the support would be appreciated.

I just now subscribed to Interactive Brokers , but I cant chart any historical Daily data, only realtime . Any help , please ?

If you still have this issue, please send us the logs by going Help -> Feedback. You need just “Attach a screenshot”, “Attach Log files…”, “Attach minidump…” and “Upload collected data to helpdesk” options checked.
In the comment please specify the time when you tried to load daily data from IB and the exact symbol.
