In QuoteManager i can add '6EZ1' and 'ESZ1' (futures, CME) for PFGBest. But when trying to open a DOM for any of these symbols i only get "Waiting for data ... ... Could you help please.

Do you type in the symbol name and then confirm with Enter?
This bug is fixed in MultiCharts DT 7.1 beta 1 wich will be released shortly.
As a workaround at the moment please click on the Lookup button to open the Insert instrument window.
