MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

I'm setting up a scanning workspace that uses alerts. I'm having trouble getting the related indicator value produced in the scanner to match the value produced by an indicator with the same calculation in the chart. The resolution and session values for both charts are identical. The symbol is registered in the quotemanager. What am I missing here? Is there a common formatting issue that might be tripping me up?

I should mention that the "Last" field values in the scanner DO match the "Last" field values presented on the chart on a real time basis. So I seem to be dialed into the same data series on both sides.

what is the indicator?
what is the chart session time?

Resolved. I had a LastBarOnChart condition in the indicator code for the scanner that was not in the indicator code for the chart. When I removed that condition the values matched. Sorry for the false alarm.

Thanks, Horton, for explaining what the problem was in. I got the same issue and didn't know how to deal with it.
