Stops not working correctly again

My stops/targets were not working right (coming in at wrong values) and you guys had me come to chat and fixed.. somehow they are not correct for eur.usd on IB again. Can you please post the correct settings for IB eur.usd so I can fix thanks.

at these settings every pip = 1/2 pip... i.e. a 10 pip stop is a 5 pip stop. How do these get messed up? I haven't even opened the quote manager in months...
