MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Hello, can someone tell me how to set alert conditions? For example, on the alert tab of a trendine, I see options for settings visual alerts, audio alerts and email alerts but I don't see where I actually set the conditions for these alerts.

Alert is triggered when price crosses the trendline.
