IB TWS PROVIDING Sec Bar Data or real Tick Bar Data?

Hi,
If I download tickcharts from the IB TWS, will I get
sec bar data or can I download real tick data?

What is the difference between the two types and how does this differ from both eSignal and TS data.

The second bar data differs from real bar data in that it's history seconds+the data accumulated from realtime. When the chart opens but history hasn't been downloaded yet, realtime is already saved to the database.
