missed keywords in new barnumber drawing feature:

Arw_SetDirection => revers direction of already drawn arrow without deleting prior arrow
Arw_SetLocation_bn => set existing Arrow at new price
Text_SetLocation_bn => set existing Text at new price

missed in PL Editor's 'Keyword Alphabetical Index' of Help:

Arw_GetBarNumber
Arw_SetBarNumber
Text_GetBarNumber
