How to Collect Dumps when MultiCharts is not responding

For MultiCharts open the following folder: C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts64
For MultiCharts .NET open the following folder: C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts.NET64

  1. Click LogsCollector or Feedback.
    See the detailed instruction on how to send the report here.
  2. Describe what you were doing when the error occurred.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Type your name and your email address and click OK to upload the files.
Please send a description of the problem corresponding to the uploaded log files to support@multicharts.com or to the customer care representative you are working on the subject with.
