This integration provides access to Saxo's Forex and complete range of CFD products directly through MultiCharts (both the standard and .Net versions). This includes 182 Forex/Metal pairs and our single-stock, index, and commodity CFDs.
Configuring the Saxo Group data feed connection in MultiCharts
- In the select Tools and then click Data Sources window. Select Saxo Group in the list of all supported data vendors and click the Settings button.
- In the opened up window:
Account type section.
Select SIM or LIVE depending on the type of your account.
Market Data Access section.
Select the option that is preferable to you:
PRIMARY – allows for the receiving the live real-time data in MultiCharts, with it being an only application using your Saxo subscription.
SECONDARY – allows for receiving delayed data for CFDs, but doesn’t forcibly disconnect your account in other applications.
Connecting to Saxo Group
You will be prompted to log into your account in your default browser when you create a chart (portfolio, scanner, etc) for the Saxo Group symbols. Enter the Saxo account details there.
Also, make sure that you set up Saxo Group broker profile for trading.
