- Make sure the Attach minidump for crash analysis box is checked.
- Describe what you were doing when the error occurred.
- Type your name and your email address and click Send to upload the files.
Please send a description of the problem corresponding to the uploaded log files to support@multicharts.com or to the customer care representative you are working on the subject with.
