Starting from MultiCharts 8.8 Beta 1 Bid and Ask Sum is shown on the DOM window. Bid and Ask Sum is calculated summing up the levels of Bid and Ask respectively. This option is enabled by default and can be disabled if you right-click anywhere on the DOM window except for Buy, Price & Sell columns and control elements to see the shortcut menu and uncheck Bid/Ask Sum option.

Day High and Low yellow (by default) marker lines are located on the upper and bottom of the price ~~box~~ of the grey price column, ~~indicating~~ High and Low ~~price~~ of the day.
