For MultiCharts open the following folder: C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts64
For MultiCharts.NET open the following folder: C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts.NET64

  1. Click LogsCollector or Feedback. See the detailed instruction on how to use them here: MultiCharts Logs
  2. Describe what you were doing when the error occurred
  3. Click OK
  4. Click Save
  5. Type your name and your email address and click OK to upload the files
