For MultiCharts open the following folder: C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts64
For MultiCharts.Net open the following folder: C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts.NET64
- Click LogsCollector or Feedback. See the detailed instruction on how to use them here: MultiCharts Logs
- Describe what you were doing when the error occurred
- Click OK
- Click Save
- Type your name and your email address and click OK to upload the files
