For MultiCharts .NET open the following folder: C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts.NET64

  1. Launch Feedback.
    See the detailed instruction on how to send the report here.
  2. Make sure the Attach minidump for crash analysis box is checked.
  3. Describe what you were doing when the error occurred.
  4. Type your name and your email address and click Send to upload the files.
