Optimization Export to CSV has extra comma in header

Description

The extra comma in the header is silently handled by some clients like openoffice, but commandline parsing utilities will throw error that the csv is invalid (number of header columns and data columns don't match). Please remove the invalid comma at end of header.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Generate an optimization report using portfolio trader with a strategy that has variables.  Export the report optimization parameters to csv.  Open the  file in text editor, note the extra comma and the end of the header signaling another data column.  The number of columns in header and rest of rows don't match up causing programs like SuperCsv to throw assertion that it is invalid csv.
