Description

If you check the below:

https://ibb.co/MPFPW8n

you can see two BTCUSDT available under exchange = Binance.
Nonetheless, QuoteManager (latest patch/version) - shows only one BTCUSDT instrument.

Nothing fancy on this setup, all default values.
