Hello,

When the platform stops responding, please send us a Feedback report with dumps for investigation.

Click Windows Start and start typing "Feedback", the app will pop up.

In the Feedback window please select:
  1. Attach a screenshot;
  2. Attach log files…;
  3. Attach minidump for crash analysis;
  4. Snapshot of the current MC setup;
  5. Upload collected data to Help Desk;
    6. uncheck other options and click Send.

Changes:
  •   icon_status.svgStatus changed: Under Review => Need Details
